Job Title: Learning Disabilities Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Learning Disabilities Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Hayes Grove.

About the Role

As a Learning Disabilities Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, safe nursing care to our patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, lead comprehensive nursing assessments, and plan, implement, and evaluate person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, safe nursing care to patients with learning disabilities.
  • Coordinate care with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Lead comprehensive nursing assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate person-centered care to promote patient independence and well-being.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with active NMC PIN and a minimum of 6 months post-qualifying experience. You will also need to demonstrate a positive attitude, commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
