Lettings Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Training Specialist to join our team at Connells Group. As a key member of our Training & Development Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our lettings professionals across the South region.

About the Role:

This role involves designing and delivering engaging training sessions, including new starter induction programs and ongoing skills development. You will work closely with our Training & Development colleagues and business teams to deliver training solutions that enable improved performance of our people and ultimately our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training sessions that meet the needs of our lettings professionals
  • Work closely with Training & Development colleagues and business teams to deliver training solutions
  • Engage with and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality training delivery
  • Contribute to creating or updating relevant training materials
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and outputs
  • Maintain awareness of industry regulations and market trends

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in lettings or property management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and coach individuals in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
