Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IBA Accounts Executive to join our team at MW Appointments. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and servicing client and underwriter accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for clients and underwriters.
- Process and reconcile multi-currency cash receipts and payments.
- Raise payment requests for settlement of claims and premiums.
- Resolve internal and external queries related to accounts and payments.
- Reconcile accounts and manage aged debt.
- Ensure compliance with legal, market, regulatory, and Best Practice Manual requirements.
- Provide high-quality support to the team as needed.
- Previous experience in IBA accounting with a Broker, Underwriter, or insurance service provider.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent team working skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Competitive salary up to £40,000 + annual bonus and benefits package.
