The Role:

Leading and Supervising Shifts: As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be accountable for leading and supervising your shift team to ensure high-quality care for residents.

Case Managing and Liaising: You will be responsible for case managing residents and liaising with families to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and support care assistants during shifts
  2. Manage resident care plans and ensure timely updates
  3. Liaise with families and healthcare professionals to provide effective care
