Executive Culinary Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Leader to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents at Care UK.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing high-performing kitchen teams, with a focus on menu design, planning, and implementation. They will be responsible for overseeing stock control, ensuring compliance with food safety and health and safety guidelines, and developing a team of chefs.

As an Executive Culinary Leader at Care UK, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the overall quality of care we provide to our residents. You will work closely with our care home teams to understand their needs and preferences, and develop menus that cater to their dietary requirements.

• Lead the kitchen team in the smooth running of the kitchen operation, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional food quality
  
• Develop and implement innovative menu designs, incorporating fresh and seasonal produce to meet the dietary needs of our residents
  
• Manage stock control, adhering to food cost guidelines and ensuring minimal waste
  
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
  
• Train, supervise, and develop a team of chefs, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  

• Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
