Aspiring Operations Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Aspiring Operations Leader to join our team at The Falcon at Warmington.

The Aspiring Operations Leader will be responsible for leading a team, managing services, and making decisions that drive success. You'll work closely with the Pub Manager to achieve business objectives and develop strategies to improve performance.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for managing budgets, leading staff, and making decisions that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
