About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Positive Behaviour Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic individuals in finding employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to autistic individuals to help them achieve their employment goals.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting autistic individuals in the workplace.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness and develop personalized support plans.
- Work closely with employers to ensure that they are equipped to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for autistic individuals.
- Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness and understanding of autism in the workplace.
