Transform Lives as a Bank Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team at the National Autistic Society. As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with autism in our Day Centre, located in Ealing.
Our services are designed to empower individuals with autism to live independently and access community activities. You will work closely with our team to provide person-centred support, helping individuals achieve their personal goals and develop essential life skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with autism to achieve independence and personal goals
- Transporting individuals to community activities and events
- Developing individuals' home-making skills and personal chores
- Transforming lives and achieving results for autistic adults

Requirements:
- Resilient and supportive approach towards individuals with autism
- Passion, patience, and commitment to supporting individuals with autism
- Desirable: possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) and Enhanced DBS Check
