About the Role:
The Learning and Development Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting students with special educational needs. This involves providing individualized support, assisting teachers in lesson planning, and developing creative strategies to promote student engagement and independence.

Responsibilities Include:
* Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with varied SEN requirements
* Assisting the teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons
* Using creative approaches to promote engagement and independence
* Supporting students during extracurricular activities and social interactions
* Collaborating with staff to ensure all students' needs are met effectively
