About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Broker Partnerships Specialist to work closely with our underwriting teams and broker partners to drive business growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional projects.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing business growth strategies that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

With a strong focus on delivering results, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities, as well as maintaining existing relationships with brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies in partnership with underwriting teams and broker partners.
  • Maintain and grow broker relationships to support future opportunities.
  • Coordinate business growth initiatives, including pipelining and cross-class client opportunities.
  • Leverage data and analytics to drive business growth initiatives.
