About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to assist the senior surveyor / commercial manager in site appraisal, tender packs, site budgets, subcontract & materials quotes comparison, issue of subcontract & materials orders, variation orders, payments & final accounts, and general administration. The ideal candidate will have a degree, experience in a similar role, and a keen interest in construction.

Our client is a property development company that builds new homes and mixed-use spaces in London and the South East of England. They specialise in turning unused land into attractive and lively apartments and houses. Their projects appeal to various buyers, including first-time homeowners, investors, and people looking for stylish living options.

About the Benefits and Rewards

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to £30k DOE. In addition to the basic salary, there will be further company benefits.

About the Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a degree, experience in a similar role, administration experience, a keen interest in construction, and be able to travel to Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Berkshire.
