Restaurant Manager Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Burger King store in Weymouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
* Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the store and increase brand awareness
