This includes executing the ATS BCM Program, which involves risk assessments, business continuity planning, disaster recovery, exercising, crisis management, and supporting the End to End disruption management playbook and peak planning.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a high degree of experience managing and maintaining complex logistics networks across multiple modalities. They will be responsible for working with stakeholders across every team and modality to analyze and operationalize severe event and crisis responses and apply network protections. The professional must have the ability to communicate information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL. They will also have experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, defining program requirements, and using data and metrics to determine improvements. Additionally, they will have experience in program or project management, implementing repeatable processes, and driving automation or standardization.
