STR Group Limited is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of all engineering activities for the sonobuoy portfolio. As the Engineering Manager - Sonobuoy, you will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing engineering projects through all phases, from bid to production readiness, managing dependencies, risks, opportunities, and assumptions in the engineering plans, and fostering team growth through coaching and mentoring. You will also be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex engineering projects, managing engineering estimates, and delivering against challenging timelines.
