The role will involve:
- Leadership and Strategy: Developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies to protect our clients' assets and data.
- Team Management: Managing and developing a team of security professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Security Frameworks: Implementing and maintaining security frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI, and NIST CSF to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Risk and Compliance Management: Identifying and mitigating risks to our clients' assets and data, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Incident Response: Developing and implementing incident response plans to ensure that our clients are prepared to respond to security incidents.
- Security Architecture: Designing and implementing secure architectures to protect our clients' assets and data.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including security teams, IT teams, and senior management, to ensure that security requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Formal certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
- Education to degree level.
- Experience of leading and managing security teams, and developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies.
- Knowledge of security frameworks, risk and compliance management, incident response, and security architecture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
