We are seeking an experienced Account Handler to join our growing team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As an Account Handler, you will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, and building strong relationships with our clients.
The Role:
- Support a designated client portfolio, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services, driving business growth and revenue.
The Candidate:
- Commercial insurance experience is essential for this role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
