We're on a mission to push the boundaries of insurance, and we're looking for a talented Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, from sole traders to large organizations, and working closely with our Branch Manager to achieve our objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of renewal retention and exceeding customer expectations.
- Work closely with Commercial Account Executives to achieve sales targets and meet FCA requirements.
- Process data accurately and promptly on relevant systems to support client service, internal processes, and informed analysis.
- 22 days' holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service.
