Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
  • Maintain accurate account status and client WIP documents to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize client work and ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and transparent communication.
  • Support the Client Services Director in new client onboarding and account development.
  • Project manage development projects, including creation and maintenance of project plans, scheduling regular client catch-ups, and delivery of all project deliverables.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly client meetings, preparing performance and strategy decks.
  • Prepare monthly reporting commentary for clients and review marketing reports before sending to clients.
  • Manage client calls and meetings, including creation of agendas and contact reports.
  • Maintain a housekeeping document outlining key information for each client.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a digital agency, preferably with both web and marketing clients.
  • At least 3 years of account management experience.
  • Experience in lifestyle marketing is a plus but not essential.
