Central Employment is seeking a skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team in Glasgow. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of digital marketing campaigns and development retainers for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of projects and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client work and progress, including project plans and meeting notes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize client work and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Support the Client Services Director in new client onboarding and account development.
  • Project manage development projects, including creating project plans, scheduling client meetings, and delivering project deliverables.
  • Prepare and present performance and strategy decks to clients during monthly and quarterly meetings.
  • Produce monthly reporting commentary and review marketing reports before sharing with clients.
  • Manage client calls and meetings, including creating agendas and contact reports.
  • Maintain a comprehensive housekeeping document outlining key client information.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a digital agency, preferably with both web and marketing clients, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

  • Minimum 3 years of account management experience in a digital agency.
  • Experience in lifestyle marketing is preferred but not essential.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
