Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team at Central Employment Agency. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, and working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to prioritize client work, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and work with the Client Services Director to develop and implement strategies to drive business expansion.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create and present regular reporting and analysis to clients, highlighting campaign performance and providing actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a digital agency, preferably with both web and marketing clients.
  • Skills: Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
