Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage diaries and emails, arranging appointments and client/third-party communications
  • Prepare letters, reports, and documents for adviser meetings, ensuring accurate client information recording
  • Process new business, including investments, pensions, and protection applications
  • Manage ongoing client work, including point of contact and responding to client queries
  • Coordinate the full LOA process, contacting clients for plan details, sending information to providers, and following up with providers to receive full plan information
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to work accurately and proficiently, with attention to detail
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 and industry-related tools
  • Relevant experience in an admin role within an Independent Financial Advisory Firm
  • Ability to manage own workload, adapting to the needs of the business
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently
Experience:
  • Pension & Investment administration: 3 years
  • Financial Planning/advice administration: 3 years
