- Process new business, including investments, pensions, and protection applications
- Manage ongoing client work, including point of contact and responding to client queries
- Coordinate the full LOA process, contacting clients for plan details, sending information to providers, and following up with providers to receive full plan information
- Proven ability to work accurately and proficiently, with attention to detail
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office 365 and industry-related tools
- Relevant experience in an admin role within an Independent Financial Advisory Firm
- Ability to manage own workload, adapting to the needs of the business
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently
- Pension & Investment administration: 3 years
- Financial Planning/advice administration: 3 years
