Senior Care Lead

We're currently recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Lindley Grange Care Home. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional care.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing day-to-day care to our residents, including administering medication, reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate records. You'll also be expected to lead and manage a team of Care Assistants, ensuring that all shift handovers are conducted smoothly and that the highest standards of care are maintained.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of care principles and practices. You'll be working closely with the Clinical Lead to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
