Our residential service in Portswood, Southampton is a welcoming and friendly environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference. You'll be teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, and encouraging individuals to access their local communities.

With a focus on person-centered care, you'll work closely with our team to develop personalized plans that meet the unique needs of each individual. You'll also have the chance to get involved in a range of activities, from beauty therapy to music therapy, arts and crafts, and more.

As a Support Worker with Voyage Care, you'll benefit from:
