Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Residential Support Team Supervisor for our facilities in Nelson. In this role, you will oversee a dedicated team, guiding them in assisting individuals to achieve greater independence while ensuring a secure environment that fosters confidence, friendship, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating meaningful activities both at home and in the community that promote independence and involve family support.
- Managing household tasks, including meal preparation, daily care routines, and personal assistance.
- Collaborating with your team to implement personalized support plans effectively, ensuring positive teamwork and communication.
- Creating a warm and nurturing living environment that values input and feedback, helping each individual work towards their personal goals.

Candidate Profile
