About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team on a permanent and part-time basis. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with toileting and ensuring their safety and well-being overnight.
- Conduct regular checks and ensure the safety and security of the home.
- Assist with light household tasks, such as ironing and cleaning, to maintain a comfortable and dignified living environment.
- Support individuals to get ready for the day ahead and ensure their daily needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the home is clean and tidy, and that individuals' health needs are met.
