Paediatric Senior Nurse Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care Inpatient Ward in London. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the department, supporting and mentoring junior nurses.
You will be responsible for implementing and evaluating holistic care plans for children in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team and participating in audits or quality improvement projects to enhance the care provided. Our client ensures you have the time and tools needed to grow and thrive in your career.
