**Job Overview**

Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated Paediatric Nurse Leader to join their team. As a Band 6 nurse in the Children's Department, you will be responsible for overseeing service delivery and team support in the children's outpatient's department and children's day care unit.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Act as a role model and provide leadership in the clinical area
  • Oversee service delivery and team support in the children's outpatient's department and children's day care unit
  • Educate and supervise staff as coordinated with the Children's Practice Development Nurse
  • Demonstrate advanced clinical specialist skills to provide individualised evidence-based patient-centred care

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • RSCN, RN (Child Branch) qualifications
  • Experience in managing paediatric surgical care

**Salary and Benefits**
