Metalis Engineering Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Assembly Operative to join their team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for assembling components, utilizing a range of hand tools, and working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components to meet quality and production standards
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production goals
- Follow all instructions and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or assembly environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons, and will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment. A driving license is desirable but not essential.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £15.00 per hour, inclusive of shift allowance.
