Manufacturing Specialist

As a Pattern/Mould Maker at Stafforce Recruitment, you will be responsible for creating accurate patterns and moulds for manufacturing purposes. This role involves working closely with the design department to confirm manufacturing routes, manufacturing patterns as per route cards, and transferring tool paths to CNC machines. Your tasks will also include assembling patterns and running and gating systems, operating 3D sand printing machines, and using fork lifts and overhead cranes.
Key Responsibilities
● Work with the design department to confirm manufacturing routes and ensure accurate pattern creation ● Manufacture patterns as per route cards and transfer tool paths to CNC machines ● Assemble patterns and running and gating systems ● Operate 3D sand printing machines and use fork lifts and overhead cranes ● Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective work processes
