Product Innovation Manager - Excursions and Holiday Services

As our Product Innovation Manager - Excursions and Holiday Services, you'll oversee the daily planning and development of the Jet2holidays excursions/experiences programme to meet customer needs and maximize sales and revenue in line with company targets. You'll also be responsible for identifying opportunities and developing current and new holiday services, with the aim of enhancing the customer journey and creating memories for Jet2holidays customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the sales performance of all experiences and take necessary actions in line with changing market positions.
  2. Identify development opportunities within the experience programme and other holiday services, leading a team to research and create business plans right through to implementation of the development idea.
  3. Develop, coach, and support the team, providing guidance to meet objectives and empower team members.

Requirements:

  1. Experience within a product development or project-based role.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
  3. Experience of working in a Microsoft Office environment and associated packages, and be comfortable working across a number of business systems.

Additional Information:

Some overseas travel may be required from time to time.
