The Job

We are seeking a driven and passionate Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the venue both operationally and from a people perspective.

Key Responsibilities
  • People Management: Identify recruitment needs, advertise, interview, recruit, and induct new team members. Assist the General Manager in ensuring business and personal objectives are implemented and reviewed on a regular basis within the team. Evaluate employee performance and report to the General Manager.
  • Maximizing Trading: Improve the administration and efficiency of the venue, ensuring consistently high standards of communication within the company and externally. Contribute to the profitability of the venue by supporting the General Manager.
  • Delivering a Spectacular Customer Experience: Ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered by the team at all times. Ensure any complaints are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. Ensure the team serves all products to company and brand specification.
Requirements
