Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to work alongside our General Manager and lead our team to success. As a Duty Manager, you'll oversee all areas of the business, ensuring that our guests receive an unforgettable experience. You'll be responsible for training and inspiring your team, striving towards and achieving business targets, and being the host to life's memorable moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Use your management experience to assist the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business.
- Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food, drink, and service.
- Be a role model and guide development within your team.
- Ensure our guests are cared for and receive an exceptional experience.
- Strive towards and achieve business targets.
