About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Wastewater Hydraulic Modeller to join our Water and Environment North team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for modelling urban drainage and wastewater systems, working with clients to develop solutions and providing technical reports to meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modelling urban drainage and wastewater systems using InfoWorks ICM software
  • Developing solutions for clients and presenting technical reports
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on Water Company hydraulic modelling projects
  • Conducting checks on technical reports and calculation outputs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree qualification in Civil Engineering, geography or equivalent
  • Chartered Member or working towards chartered membership of a professional institution
  • Substantial experience in modelling urban drainage and wastewater systems
  • Proficiency in using InfoWorks ICM modelling software
  • A solid understanding of hydraulic analysis and design
