Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Sterling Cross. As a key member of our Residential Conveyancing team, you will be responsible for supporting the Team Leader and managing your own caseload under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Team Leader in managing the team's workload and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
  • Manage your own caseload, including title checking, raising and reviewing enquires and reporting, ordering and checking routine property searches, and checking mortgage offers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely completion of transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Paralegal with Residential Conveyancing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using case management systems and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
