Conveyancing Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Sterling Cross. As a key member of our Residential Conveyancing team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Team Leader and managing your own caseload under supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Team Leader in the management of the team's workload and caseload.
- Manage your own caseload, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks and projects.
- Conduct title checks, raise and review enquires, and report on search results.
- Order and check routine property searches, and report on findings.
- Review and check mortgage offers, and communicate with clients and lenders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a Paralegal in Residential Conveyancing.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload and work under supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using case management systems and other software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
