Role Overview

VE3 is seeking a highly skilled ForgeRock Identity Cloud Specialist to lead the deployment, customization, and ongoing management of ForgeRock-based identity management solutions for enterprise clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that identity and access management solutions are secure, scalable, and seamlessly integrated with AWS Cognito, Azure Active Directory, and other key technologies. This is a critical role for ensuring compliance, security, and performance across identity services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, deployment, and management of ForgeRock Identity Cloud solutions, focusing on secure identity management across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Integrate ForgeRock Identity Cloud with other identity providers, such as AWS Cognito and Azure Active Directory, ensuring seamless and secure operations.
  • Implement identity and access management (IAM) strategies, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity federation.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO27001, and security frameworks while developing secure CI/CD pipelines.
  • Provide technical support for escalated identity management issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
  • Conduct security audits and ensure vulnerability management is aligned with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to gather requirements, manage deployments, and deliver customized identity solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers in ForgeRock Identity Cloud best practices and help build strong internal expertise.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ForgeRock Identity Cloud, including Identity Gateway, Identity Management, and Access Management.
  • Experience with AWS Cognito, Azure Active Directory, and OAuth protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of identity federation, SSO, MFA, and relevant security protocols.
  • Proficiency in developing secure CI/CD pipelines and vulnerability management techniques.
  • Expertise in cloud security standards such as OWASP Top 10, SANS 25, and Cloud Security Alliance.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards like GDPR, ISO27001.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to collaborating with cross-functional teams.
