About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rental Sales Executive to join our team at Europcar Stansted Airport. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting our range of additional products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Offer our range of additional products and services to customers, including car rental and car sharing services.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively promote them to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • A full, valid clean driving licence with a minimum of 4 years' driving experience.
  • Excellent communication and face-to-face sales skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends.
  • Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
