About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rental Sales Executive to join our team at Europcar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our range of car rental services to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Promote and sell Europcar's car rental services to customers, highlighting the benefits and value of our products.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Europcar's products and services, including our range of additional products and services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
  • Excellent communication and face-to-face sales skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in your working hours, including availability during the day, evenings and weekends.
  • Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).
