Job Title: Rental Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rental Sales Executive to join our team at Stansted Airport. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our range of car rental services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Promote our car rental services and products to customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, ensuring you can provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • A full, valid clean driving licence with a minimum of 4 years' driving experience.
  • Excellent communication and face-to-face sales skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends.
  • Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).

Shift Pattern:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday.
