We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of a large-scale traditional build housing scheme.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the construction process to ensure timely completion and quality standards are met.
- Supervise and train a team of construction staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Develop and implement construction plans and schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure they are within budget.
