Job Description:

We are seeking a Support Assistant for Families to join our team at Windcomservices. As a Support Assistant, you will work closely with parents and carers to provide emotional support and practical assistance.

Your key responsibilities will include setting up the Centre, engaging with families, and providing support for new attendees. You will also be responsible for preparing the Centre and setting up toys, welcoming and supporting parents and carers, offering refreshments and helping with clearing up, and making sure everyone feels included and valued.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a good listener and able to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for parents and carers to connect. Experience working with babies or young children is beneficial but not essential.

We offer a competitive estimated salary of £11.50 per hour, as well as reasonable travel expenses. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of families in our community.
