Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and the multi-disciplinary team to maintain confidentiality and promote a safe environment.
- Take responsibility for your professional development and clinical updates to stay up-to-date with best practices.
- Provide accurate, timely, and contemporary records of care and treatment in line with Trust policies and NMC guidelines.
- Work within Trust Nursing policies and procedures, professional boundaries, and undertake all appropriate aspects of nursing care, including specific relevant clinical skills gained following appropriate training and instruction.
Our Same Day Emergency Care and Rapid Access Unit is a newly designed, dynamic service that combines two streams for haematology and oncology patients. We are a dedicated team of compassionate, skilled professionals looking for a new member to join our senior nursing team. You will bring clinical expertise and a real understanding of what good quality care looks like, inspiring the nursing team to deliver the best care to our patients.
