Experienced Residential Support Worker - Children's Activity

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Support Worker to join our team at Keys Group. As a Residential Activity Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in our care, providing high-quality care and support to children with complex emotional and behavioral needs.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized support to children, promoting their emotional stability and development.
  • Engage young people in outdoor activities such as mountain biking, rock climbing, and kayaking.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with the children, supporting their development of essential life skills.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a Residential Children's home or similar care setting.
  • Passion for the outdoors and a desire to share this with young people.
  • Compassionate, patient, and resilient, with the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Hold a full UK driver's license.
