Job Summary

The Technical Director will lead our technical teams, manage high-level technical projects, and ensure the successful delivery of complex solutions that enhance our company's competitive edge and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Define and implement technical roadmaps that support our organization's strategic goals and growth plans.
  • Project Oversight: Manage and oversee the execution of major technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for senior executives, stakeholders, and clients, communicating technical vision and progress.
  • Innovation and Technology Management: Drive innovation by identifying and adopting cutting-edge technologies and methodologies that improve business performance.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of technology trends, software development, system architecture, and enterprise-level solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams, manage cross-functional projects, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in technology transformation and digital innovation.
