Key Responsibilities
  • Provide regulatory advice and oversight to ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.
  • Review and approve Financial Promotions, including ESG-related regulatory material and disclosures such as websites and periodic reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with new regulatory developments and assess their impact on Janus Henderson Investors.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Pro-active and self-sufficient skills, with ability to escalate where appropriate.
  • Strong analytical skills, ensuring complex regulation and its impact are communicated effectively.
  • Good planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Experience and technical knowledge across a range of product and fund types.
Technical Expertise

You will need to have technical expertise in the key regulatory issues and rule areas impacting JHI Distribution, including:

  • Cross-border distribution and private placement rules.
  • Financial Promotions in EMEA, Latin America, and US Offshore.
  • ESG Regulation – SFDR, SDR, TCFD.
  • Conflicts of Interest.
  • MiFID II, Inducements.
  • UCITS and AIFMD.
  • Consumer Duty and TCF.
