We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Macclesfield area.
Service OverviewOur service provides residential and supported living care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve Outstanding ratings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
A competitive salary of up to £35,000 and the opportunity to work with a reputable organization like SCR.
