GMP Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled GMP Process Specialist to join our production support team. As a GMP Process Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and refining GMP processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with MSAT, PD, and BD teams to develop and refine GMP processes
- Represent manufacturing at events and trade shows
- Participate in equipment design phase and qualification document review
- Support next-generation equipment implementation and audit preparedness
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc Hons in Chemistry or scientific degree
- 5+ years experience in ADC manufacturing
- Excellent working knowledge of GMP
- Strong organization skills and leadership abilities
