National Sales Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to join Huntress' expanding team.

In this role, you will lead the implementation of national sales training programs across the UK and Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of success in a Sales or Product training role from a consumer product and or direct sales business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coach and train Sales Managers, Team Leaders and Sales Advisors to be at their best in the direct sales business.
- Identify training needs for both the individual and department through the delivery of various methods and via in-house Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
- Assist with the design and delivery of in-house training solutions.
- Provide consistent support and coaching across the sales teams.
- Ensure all new team members embed learning and transition into the sales teams smoothly.
- Build positive relationships through effective communication with colleagues and managers and other departments.
- Ensure your own continuous professional development by keeping abreast of current sales and development techniques and trends.
**Requirements:**
- A proven personal track record in an outbound sales role.
- A proven track record in a similar Sales Coach/Trainer role.
- Train the Trainer qualifications or equivalent.
- Ability to 'think outside the box' and understand that everybody learns differently.
- An innovative, fast thinking individual who can deliver results.
- Happy to travel and work flexible to the needs of the business.
- Strong analytical and IT acumen to direct and focus profitable activity.
- Able to frequently travel within the UK & Ireland and travel abroad as an when required but not regularly.
This is a field-based role requiring you to hold a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
