We are working with a range of clients including residential developers, agricultural and equine-related development companies, commercial buildings firms, affordable housing providers, local planning authorities, parish councils, and private individuals.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating infrastructure agreements to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Providing expertise in project development and appraisal, including funding due diligence.
- Representing clients in planning appeals and judicial reviews.
- Handling enforcement issues, certificates of lawfulness, public rights of way issues, and compulsory purchase orders.
Location
The ideal candidate will be based in Cambridge.
Estimated Salary
£80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
