We are seeking a highly organized Meetings and Events Manager to join our team at The Imperial Torquay hotel. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering exceptional events that exceed our guests' expectations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and possess a high level of attention to detail. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate event planning from initial enquiry to final execution
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop relationships with regular guests to ensure guest loyalty
  • Ensure seamless event delivery and exceed client expectations
  • Mange billing and payments for all events
